Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) has introduced Leaders Inspiring Flexography’s Tomorrow, or LIFT, a new community dedicated to shaping the next generation of package printing and converting professionals.

LIFT will provide invaluable resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities to foster career progression and industry innovation and serve as a vital platform for growth and success.

Community members will gain access to mentorship programs, exclusive networking events, and tailored professional development opportunities.

By bringing together passionate individuals who are eager to drive change and innovation, LIFT will play a pivotal role in ensuring the vitality and advancement of flexographic printing.

“Our goal with LIFT is to create a thriving community where the next generation of flexographic professionals can gain the skills and support needed to excel,” states Nathan Ridnouer, FTA president. “We are committed to investing in the future of our industry by empowering those who will lead it.”

LIFT will hold a reception at FORUM INFOFLEX in Pittsburgh on May 6, 2025. Any FTA members with an interest in being a part of this community are invited to attend the event to learn more.
